WHY ARE BADGES GOOD FOR LEARNING?

1. They are useful to provide feedback to learners and show that they have completed a stage in their work.
2. They help learners visually see the goal they want to achieve.
3. They encourage future accomplishments.
4. They allow  learners display their accomplishment in their social networks, provoking "good competitiveness".
5. They give  learners a sense of belonging to  a common learning community.
